Process
Steps towards studying in Aldiwan Center:
Before arriving Egypt:
- Fill out a registration
form.
- Receiving an email from the
center to assure availability of places.
- Sending the deposit.
- Receiving an email from the
center that we received the deposit, and
reserved a place
for you in the summer program.
After arrival to Egypt:
- Sign a registration form that
includes some policies and rules for the center.
- Paying the remaining fees.
- Placement test.
- Start of the study.
Registration Deposit Payment Policy
A $100 USD deposit must be received at the time of registration, within
one week from the date you sent your registration form.
We will mail you the details on how to send the deposit to us after we
receive your registration form (i.e.: bank wire SWIFT transfer, Western
Union, etc.).
- Your deposit will be subtracted from the total tuition payment
- Your online registration will NOT BE ACTIVATED until you pay the
necessary deposit.
- All tuition and fees have to be paid in full before the program start.
- All tuition payments must be made in Egyptian Pounds (EGP).
- The Registration deposit, a $100 USD, will be exchanged to EGP with
the official exchange rate of the day transaction received and cut from
the students' total tuition.
[Note: $1 USD = 5.75 EGP, subject to Central Bank of Egypt official
rate changes]
- We recommend you check the current rate before trip.
Registration Cancellation and Refun Policy
1 - Aldiwan Center will refund the deposit minus any wiring fees if the
student cancels his/her registration 25 days or more before the program
starts.
2 - Full refund minus $ 40 cancellation fee will be charged if the
student cancels his/her registration 15 - 25 days before the program
starting date.
3 - No refund is given to the student if he/she cancels his/her
registration 15 days or less before the program starting date.
Tuition
Refund Policy
A refund policy for those who are not completely satisfied is as
follows:
75 % of total tuition after the first lesson.
60 % of total tuition after the second lesson.
No refund is allowed after attendance of the third lesson.
