Arabic Rhetoric (Balagha)


1 - Levels:
3 Levels. Each Level = 50 hours

2 - Goals:
by the end of this course, the student should:

    Have a general understanding and practice of Arabic
   Be able to point the beauties in Arabic texts.
   Understand the figurative expressions used in Arabic texts.

3 - Text Books:

    AL Balaghah Al Musao'warah (Illustrated Rhetoric)
    AL Balaghah Al Wa'diha (Plain Rhetoric )
    Arabic Poetry Collections.
    Aldiwan Center study materials.

4 - Prerequisites:

Passing level 11 successfully, either at the placement test, or by passing its exam after completing "Intermediate Stage" courses at Aldiwan Center.
